Limegreentangerine hit right note for Brecon Jazz
Design agency limegreentangerine has designed the new look website which is helping to attract thousands of visitors to the Brecon Jazz Festival which takes place this weekend.
The Penarth-based company has given the website a completely new look, in line with the image and atmosphere of the Festival, which is rated as one of the best of its kind in the world. The new website has been set up under the aegis of Theatr Brycheiniog and with Wales Arts Council funding.
Limegreentangerine account director Beverley Jenkins said: “We are working with Theatr Brycheiniog on a three-year development of the website. The Festival is important to the local economy and its presentation is a vital part of the marketing package. We aimed to make the site as attractive as possible to jazz fans, giving them all the information they need, along with many online facilities.
“The dynamic flash site reflects the cool and moody feel associated with jazz music, designed using a billboard style to promote the performers who will be at the Festival” said creative director, Andy Rees-Jones.
Andy Eagle, executive director of Brecon Jazz, added: “We are delighted with the new website designed by limegreentangerine. The site has received over 9000 hits in less than a month and we are anticipating a very successful event with visitors from all over the world.”
