Wow, what a year. It’s been limegreentangerine’s maiden season involved with Elite League ice hockey and as the Cardiff Devils design partner.
2010-11 has been a thrilling season that saw the Devils finish level on points with eventual Elite League winners Sheffield Steelers (watch this space for more on them…) with a remarkable tally of 85 points, and which saw the Devils notch up an unbelievable record of 22 wins straight, dropping only 3 points at home all year and finishing the season as the league’s top scorers.
Off the ice and commercially, under new ownership and with the help of our continuing branding overhaul, the Devils are thriving with attendances consistently high all season and Sky coverage increasing exposure to new audiences.
As the Devils look forward to the play-offs, the limegreentangerine team got all suited and booted and celebrated in style with the Devils at a grand end of season awards ceremony at the Coal Exchange last night – sharing a table with 2011′s Player’s Player of the Year and Coaches’ Player of the Year Stuart MacRae (pictured).
We’re very proud of our association with this outstanding team and are looking forward to continuing the relationship long into the future.
