Leading home providers Linc Cymru and Pobl Group merged in 2024 to form Wales’s largest housing group. Limegreentangerine helped steer the branding strategy, delivering on a big vision to be both large and local.

We’re proud to unveil our work with Codi Group – a bold new name and brand for a housing association with big ambitions and a bigger heart.

Our journey together began with a single, powerful word: Codi. Welsh for to rise, it captured everything the brand stands for; lifting people and life chances, raising standards, building opportunity, and creating places and communities that feel like home. A lasting local impact at a large scale.

From naming development to brand strategy through to visual identity and launch video, we worked closely with the Codi leadership team to help articulate a renewed sense of purpose. A purpose grounded in community, shaped by people, and delivered with pride.

This wasn’t just about a new logo or colour palette, it was about building a brand that speaks confidently and clearly to customers, staff, partners, and stakeholders alike. A brand rooted in place, people and potential.
