Cardiff Devils secured top spot in the Elite League last night thanks to another convincing victory – a record 20th win a row.
Not only a record-breaking winning streak, but Devils hero John Pelle notched his 36th competitive goal of the season, setting a new Cardiff record for goals in an EIHL season. With rivals Belfast and Sheffield hot on their heals, the Devils have games in hand and look in pole position to claim the title.
