Coming to market in early 2020, Dutch Rummers is a new range of bold, dark rums made according to the methods first employed by the Dutch settlers in Brazil — invoking the spirit of the original Dutch Rummers.
At the beginning of XVII Century, Holland was the most modern and technologically advanced country in all of Europe. The Dutch West India Company occupied the coastal region of Pernambuco, now Recife, in Brazil, a great producer of sugar. The Company made great investments, bringing from Holland men, capital, technical skills and equipment.
